It is the unseen bond that transforms a random encounter into a lifelong memory, and a distant shore into a place that feels like home. I believe true travel is never an accident; it is a calling. Every journey you take is an invitation to tie your story to the vast, beautiful tapestry of the world.
With this philosophy at heart, I design travel experiences that focus on genuine connections and unforgettable moments. Travel, to me, is not a sequence of sights to be checked off, but a series of meaningful encounters, a conversation with a local artisan, a quiet moment of awe at dusk, or a shared laugh in an unfamiliar place. I curate every detail of your itinerary with intention, ensuring you don't just pass through a destination, but leave a piece of your heart there and take a piece of its soul home with you.

For years, I built my life around ambition, discipline and achievement. After moving from South Korea to the Netherlands at eighteen, I learned a new language, graduated from law school, and became a corporate lawyer at one of the Netherlands’ most prestigious law firms. For a long time, I believed that moving forward was all that mattered.
Until life asked me to stop.
Burnout became an unexpected turning point. As I slowed down, I began to notice the things that had quietly been there all along, the forest beside my home, the changing seasons, the birds welcoming each new morning. In the stillness, I rediscovered something I had forgotten: that life is not only about how far we go, but also about how deeply we experience the journey.
Eventually, my own journey brought me to Portugal, where I found a different rhythm of life, one shaped by nature, the ocean, tradition and a culture that invites you to slow down and savour the moment.
That lesson became the heart of YEON.
That shift in perspective became the foundation for how I design travel. Whether exploring the quiet corners of Portugal or embarking on a tailor-made journey across the globe, YEON seeks to connect travellers to authentic traditions, nature, and local cultures, creating space to experience the world deeply, one unforgettable journey at a time.
